By accessing this Site, using the Services, or ordering Products, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by
the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Terms and
Conditions of this site, please leave this Site and discontinue use of the
Services immediately, and do not order any Products via this Site.
1. PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed the
Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate
and disclose and make use of personal information. Please review and agree to
the Privacy Policy before you continue to use this Site.
2. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The materials appearing on this Site could include technical, typographical, or
photographic errors. AES does not warrant that any of the materials on this
Site are accurate, complete, or current. AES may make changes to the materials
contained on this Site at any time without notice. AES does not, however, make
any commitment to update the materials.

AES has not reviewed all of the sites linked to this Site and is not
responsible for the contents of any such linked web site. The inclusion of any
link does not imply endorsement by AES of the web site. Use of any such linked
web site is at the user’s own risk.
4. MODIFICATION TO CONDITIONS
AES may revise the Terms and Conditions of use for this Site at any time
without notice. The revised Terms and Conditions will be posted at this Site.
By using this Site, you agree to be bounded by the then current version of the
Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions,
you have the right to close your Account and/or cease using the Services.
5. ORDER POLICY
When you submit an Order online, an Order Confirmation email containing your
order information will be generated and sent to the email address that you
provided during registration. The receipt of the Order Confirmation email does
not constitute the acceptance of an Order or a confirmation of an offer to
sell. AES reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the Order
quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
Payment must be made in advance by bank transfers. Bank account details will be
provided to you during checkout and in the Order Confirmation email. Your Order
will not be shipped until we receive payment.
6. PRICING POLICY
AES reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any product
due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance.
7. DELIVERY
It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the delivery address
provided is true and accurate. If there are any changes to the delivery
address, the Customer has to inform Customer Service via email before making
payment.
Shipping charges and delivery information will be provided in the Order
Confirmation email.
When an order is found to be undeliverable (e.g. no person to receive or
courier unable to locate address) and returned to us, the Customer is
responsible for any additional delivery charges imposed by the delivery company
for subsequent delivery attempts. Our representative will attempt to contact
the Recipient to arrange for subsequent delivery, however, if the Recipient is
non-contactable, the parcel will be considered delivered and AES will not
entertain any re-send or refund request for that Order.

8. SHIPPING
We charge a flat shipping rate of S$6.60 per order for delivery by local
registered mail. This flat rate is limited to one delivery address per Order.
The order will be shipped out on the next working day after payment has been
received. If payment is received on a Saturday or Sunday, the order will be
shipped out on the following Monday
We provide self collection at City Hall MRT on Monday to Friday between 10:00AM
to 5:00PM. If you wish to self collect, please select “Pickup at City Hall MRT” option during checkout. Our representative will contact you to
arrange the date and time to pick up your order.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
You cannot cancel an Order (or part of an Order) after payment has been made.
10. RETURN POLICY
All Products, once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
11. EXCHANGE POLICY
Once a Product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the
Product received is different from what is stated on the invoice.
There will be a one-to-one exchange for wrong Products delivered provided they
are reported to Customer Service via email within 3 days upon receiving the
goods. All Products to be exchanged must be returned to us in their original
packaging and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of
purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification.
If the Product to be exchanged is out of stock, we will replace with another
Product of the same value. If the Customer prefers to exchange for another
Product of a higher value, the Customer may do so by paying the price
difference.
If there are missing items from your Order, please report to Customer Service
via email within 3 working days upon receiving the Products. Our representative
will arrange to deliver the missing items via mail.
We take great care to check our Products before delivery. If your Product is
faulty, please report to Customer Service via email (providing details and
description of the fault) within 3 working days upon acceptance of delivery.
Refunds or one-to-one exchange will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All
faulty products must be returned to us in their original packaging and must be
accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number
clearly printed on it for verification.
For overseas Customers, please return the said faulty Product and bear the
return freight charges. Upon receipt of the faulty Product, AES will send the
replacement Product to you via mail.
